AEMCo™ GoalsThis is going to be a Start-up Company with a Financial need of approximately $2.3 million. Our First Goal is to Acquire necessary Licenses to Export, Manufacture and Operate.. After Licensing.., 100 Machines will be manufactured and operated in the Las Vegas, Nevada USA area in Select Bar (Tavern) locations. This will produce an Annual Gross Income for AEMCo™ of Approximately 8.3 million and an Estimated Net Annual Profit of $830 thousand. It is the intent of AEMCo™ to start producing income in 18 months or less. Placement will begin as soon as manufactured. AEMCo™ will have Value in its Licensing alone. A major amount of Start-up will be invested in Licensing.
Coin-Operated Craps have not been around for about 30 years. They were very
profitable for a company called J. J. Parker Co.
which operated about 100 machines in the Las Vegas, Nv. AEMCo™ will be a Stock Corporation Registered in Nevada with 5 million shares of Common Stock and 1 million shares of Preferred Stock. It is the intent of Angelo Senary to be involved with AEMCo™ for about 5 years. At that time, it is his intent to step out of involvement with AEMCo™.
